Our primary concern is for your patient to have a quality, on-time examination to help us confirm your clinical diagnosis or provide you with an clear and decisive imaging diagnosis.

Cascade Radiology has spared no detail when it comes to providing patient-focused care. When your patient visits our ultrasound imaging center, we will make their exam as comfortable as possible by providing private exam rooms, comfortable gowns, calm atmosphere, free parking and certified sonograhers.

Scheduling:

Our courteous staff is available to schedule exams for your patients Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. We offer same day scheduling for your patient’s convenience.

Please Note: If your patient health insurance requires a prior authorization for your exam, please ensure this is in place prior to their appointment with us.

Have your patients bring the following:

• Ordering physician’s form/requisition.
• Name and address of any other physician(s) you would like to receive a copy of their report.
• Any health updates, medications, etc.
• Insurance card.
• Co-payment, if their health insurance requires one
